By participating in Stream Surfer's Customer Care services, repair turnaround time and costs are dramtically decreased. Due to the dynamic and remote nature of our initial diagnostic technology, any visiting technician has a clear picture of the issue to be fixed, prior to their initial visit.
By design, our exclusive Elite Customer Care Center is accessible worldwide, wherever the boat is connected to the Internet.
Through Air-Support, our knowledgeable and proficient technical staff make it simple and hassle-free. This service not only includes troubleshooting all hardware supplied by Stream Surfer for the duration of the manufacturers warranty, but firmware and software upgrades as well.

We provide support to our customers for the Stream Surfer product and software line.
The first year of Elite customer care is included and begins once the customer takes possession of the system. An annual subscription renewal for $149.00 is available thereafter. If the subscription service expires without renewal, a $69.00 per hour labor fee applies to any technical assistance call with a one hour minimum.
